please dont count down.

aside certain souls endeavouring to ruin it,

my Ramadhan has been wonderful.

definitely not the best of Ramadhan i've had. but blessings were still very much apparent.

subhanallah walhamdulillah laa ilahailallah wallahu'akbar.

no matter how much superior my maternal's think they are in garnering us moral support, i still think my paternal's are a varied and balanced bunch. they did not suddenly hover around us excessively back then, but they appear periodically, though less frequently, and makes me feel veryvery much appreciative.

this week, especially.
i thought suddenly everyone remembers my daddy, and so they remember us.

but i learnt,

they've always had us in mind.
wondering of our well-being, how we're coping, and constantly praying for us.
they're just hardly here physically.

never imposing.

they made me so touched, i got sad.

so, for the extended family i have,
(here, paternal ones specifically.)
and family friends - of daddy's and mummy's,

all of whom i forget having just as huge a sense of lost as we do,

for the subtle care and concern and love they bring to my family this blessed month of Ramadhan,
through Your will, ya Allah,

alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah syukur,
segala puji bagiMu.

Much Love,
*Muniii.

p/s: get the gorgeous full moon out again please.! rewind and pause at 14th Ramadhan - so we're not justtt ___days to the end.

* signs of weakness.

you cant find the rahmat in Ramadhan cos you have ample time yet waaaste them doing nothing beneficial.

that's your problem.

dont go about spoilling other's Ramadhan then.

it's just cruel. selfish.
and absolutely not worthy of r______.

the first and the last collide in such disappointing magnitude,
but in actual reality,
both are the same.
only one big. one small.

my greatest test of faith.
my unwelcomed source of internal conflict.
thank you for making me feel so weak,
but still see you weaker.

i wish i have the kind of time you kids have.
not to play mindless games.
instead exploit Ramadhan searching for His blessings.

but no.
i have assignments.
and a headless family.

astarghfirullah hal 'azim.
forgive me, ya Allah.

dad, wish you were here.

* of student-teachers.

after weeks of not updating,

you'l be surprised (or aye would think im kental) to know what instigated me to post an entry today.

this-

“One mark of a great educator is the ability to lead students out to new places that even the educator has never been.”

came up in my essay research.

remember a period of time teachers bustling over Teach Less, Learn More.?

nonsense i thought.
but turn the tables around,

that's education, i now think.

i've said "Thinking Schools, Learning Nation" almost a hundred times this week. literally.
propaganda perhaps, haha.

so one presentation done and down- alhamdulillah syukur.! =)))

here's to wishing a Happy (belated) Teachers' Day to all you dedicated educators out there.

MuchLove,
*Miss Munirah.

p/s: it wasnt a school holiday for 1st Sep in NIE, but we're all (student-) teachers seyy. =(
haha.
